      Description

Implement weight for tools that have output as scores.

In a lesson, teachers would like to allocate weights to the scores that each activity has when it adds up the total.

For instance, say the activity is the typical TBL lesson that starts with an individual MCQ, then it does an Scratchie (team assessment) and then finally an Assessment activity (application exercise).

The teachers would like to set this up so the mark the students get in the 1st MCQ "weights" only 20% of the overall mark, then the Scratchie 60% and finally the assessment the other 20%.

Note that if teachers are to use weighting, all weighting activities *must* add to 100%.

The weighting gets added to the learning design data and then at runtime, when a user finishes an activity the actual (not weighted) mark attained by the student gets pushed to the gradebook and the gradebook weights the mark appropriately taking into account the overall score (max score).

Note that the activity is not aware of weighting, but gradebook is.

The weighting takes place in gradebook that stores the activity mark (as it comes from the tool) and applies the weightage set at authoring time.

In gradebook, I think we should present the original mark and the weighted mark. when showing the breakdown for a user/activity as well as the percentage set in authoring, which cannot be changed at runtime (at least for now).

Now, I know that we recently had to make gradebook wider and probably we will be adding some other features to it shortly for reporting/display.
