      Description

Internet Explorer does not display CKEditor 3.6.x.

After fixing this, another problems appeared:

When adding a Wiki page in Wiki Tool, sometimes contents do not get saved. This applies also to Firefox.

IE sometimes show javascript errors when calling jQuery methods like getHTML() and getSelection().

Problem with adding a Wiki page was solved.

IE still sometimes produces javascript errors when operating CKEditor, but these are known bugs:

and without serious research and changes in CKEditor source code, they cannot be easily fixed.
They are invisible to common users. The only inconvenience an user may have is that sometimes he needs to click "Save changes" twice as first time does not bring effect.
If the bugs are fixed in future releases of CKEditor, an upgrade should be performed.

Previous solution to adding a Wiki page proved to be not enough.
CKEditor updates content asynchronously, but we need to make sure it's completed before submitting a form.
A synchronization mechanism was implemented to enforce it.
