Staff user not connecting to Chat room session

      Description

      See if you can reproduce, I'm using OpenFire 3.6.4.

      Firstly, someone has to be sitting in the chat room (a Learner) and the Monitor (staff) opens the IM from Monitor - something goes wrong here Users (0) as shown in screenshot.

        Users (0) - this broken session issue seem to affect the user's even when logging out and back in, and also opening Learner (with IM on).

        Could it be that you are reusing an openfire server? If you already used it before, just re-create the openfire db. Or just reinstall it again.
