Wrong hibernate annotations in ConfigurationItem class

      Description

      Run lams_common's generate-config-hbm-file ant task.
      It will generate new ConfigurationItem.hbm.xml file (it is different from the one in CVS though).
      and now if you try to start jboss you'll get hibernate exceptions

        probably we need to change Hibernate Id Generator to this
