Support activities when opened from integrations throws an exception

    Details

      Description

Exception: Unable to set up url as session does not exist

      See http://is.gd/2RsLt

It *only* happens in integrations. If it is in LAMS standalone this problem does not occur.

Tool session indeed wasn't created - because support activities aren't opened via the progress engine, tool sessions don't get automatically created if they don't exist.

Fix by passing in learner list for integrations when creating the initial lesson class - the monitoringService will take care of creating tool sessions at this stage.
