      Description

Eric Engh has pointed out that there's no way to sort out resources in the Share Resources tool.

Resources get sorted according to the uploading/adding time. But after resources are uploaded, there's no way to change the order and you need to know the order in advanced.

In other tools, like forum for instance, we have a way to sort out threads. We should be able to do the same for Share Resources in this page (see pict4). We should also be able to re-sort resources in monitor as well.

Finished for author, you can move resources up or down in the list.

Wont implement for monitor, at least for now.

To implement for author, you would need some way of mapping resourceItems to sessions, as resources are displayed in monitor on a per-session basis. Changing the order will change the order for all and this would break if a student was to add their own resource for their group and screw up the overall order.

Since the backwards computability would cause a huge hassle here if we were to implement this mapping, we are leaving this for now until someone complains about it.
