      Description

Try to create a new lesson: so just press "Add Lesson" button on a main LAMS page.
You'll see new pop up where you could choose learning design from a list of available ones.
And this list isn't sorted in alphabetical order as expected.

      Example:
let's say we have 4 available learning designs: adelaide, Brisbane, Sebastopol and kiev (pay attention that "adelaide" and "kiev" are not capitalized).
and they will be listed as:
      -Brisbane
      -Sebastopol
      -adelaide
      -kiev

which is obviously not an alphabetical order.
