      Description

In Share Resources, there are two icons - the pencil (edit) and the X (delete). When the cursor is placed over the icons, the cursor stays the arrow cursor.

When the cursor is placed over the Verify link or one of the other buttons, it changes to a hand.

Change the icons so that when the cursor is placed over the icons, it becomes the hand cursor.

Not sure the best way to do it - if they could be changed to A HREFs then the cursor will change automatically. If you use a mouseover, then you will need to find out how to get the right cursor to match the other buttons - we can't just use our own hand cursor as the Firefox/IE hand cursor might change in future versions.

Why is this important? The change in the cursor indicates to users that this item will do something when it is clicked on.

Need to go through all the tools and look for icons like this, not just the two in the share resources tool.

Also need to do the pencil/edit icons in monitoring e.g. chat, q&a.
